Imagine losing fat every day (Up to 1 kg / 3 days) and nobody knows, not even your wife and kids. How you are doing it? Imagine instead of dieting or exercise you find a method to lose fat by “eating like a pig” and never ever going hungry again. So you hate exercising now you don’t need to. Imagine not having to exercise one bit and you still get rid of excess fat. Picture this. You are on the beach (for fat men with big beer guts) and all the girls are smiling at you and waving at you. Because you make Arnold Schwarzenegger look out of shape. Do not buy any extra special food because only you know the secret of what is happening to your body. Now think what diseases you will lose when the fat melts away from your heart your pancreas, your belly your thick thighs your knee joints high blood pressure. How will you feel when the members of the opposite sex, friends, enemies give you lots and lots of attention? Is your wife getting jealous. Is it possible you might ask? Yes it is. Think how you will feel when your friends tell you, “you eat like a pig” and they are on a diet and gaining weight. You think “thank you for the pig insult I bloody love it”. Shortly I will reveal the secret on how to do it and improve your health and nobody will know until one day you will hear someone saying to you “Your clothes are too big for you.” Can you feel that inner smile that you cannot share not even with your best friend because you know if you tell people they will feel jealous and sabotage your efforts. For example they will say “ go and see the doctor I think you might have cancer you are losing too much weight.” Or you are shrinking “you must eat more food.” Or “what’s wrong with you you seem to be going backwards.” I am going to share the secret I found in a book I read years ago “For free.” This book is not available now. The doctor that wrote it has probably passed. After all he was in America and he would only see people who were extremely fat. In fact if you were under 200 pounds (90 kgs) you could not see him and if you were 200 pounds you had to wait six months to have an appointment with him. I read the book around 1990 It was called “Eat more and lose weight” by doctor Reinsch I was about 40. we were just about to go on a holiday to a beautiful resort called Port Macquarie near the beach half way up the coast of new south Wales. Australia I had visited the library at North Ryde to get some books to read on the holiday. (vacation). A woman in front of me had a teenage girl to her left and the librarian had given her a book called “eat more and lose weight”. Her mother was horrified as her daughter had ribs

showing through her clothes obviously anorexic. She grabbed the book off her (daughter) and put it to her back pushing it towards me, for me to take it off her so her daughter would not see it. I took it . After I read the title I was very sceptical and immediately went to see my doctor before I ruined my health and got very fat. I did not believe that you could eat like a pig every day and lose fat. My doctor confirmed me. Right he said “think of the concentration camp in Germany all the dead Jews in the holocaust who were starved to death.”They were very skinny no fat on them at all. . I agreed I had seen those pictures they did not get that way by having unlimited food going through their mouths. Nevertheless I wanted to prove my doctor wrong. That was my challenge. The next day ready to start our holiday my wife was disgusted she said “don’t start this diet on this holiday,wait till we get back home.” I was reading the book to see if I could start and not affect the holiday with her and our kids. 3 children all under the age of 10. Our first stop was McDonalds. Dr Reinsch said eat lots of meat and fat and vegetables. No chips no hamburger buns no soft drinks no ice cream. So I was looking at my big mac I think they had them already . I opened the buns ate the meat and any other vegetable inside of course.I was still hungry so I threw the buns in the bin and went to get another hamburger. My wife then said “you pig aren’t you going to get another one for the kids.” My kids were full they did not want to eat anymore, they had hamburger coke, chips and ice cream. oh yes I could not drink coke only water. To prove I would put on weight I visited the chemist once a day and I started writing down how much I gained each day but I found the opposite happened. DR Reinsch wrote “only drink 8 glasses of water or liquids per day”. He explained to his patients that there is a fire in the stomach and too much liquid would put it out. When the fire is hot the body would eat the fat cells when the fire in the stomach was out it would eat the food in the stomach and store fat. He worked this out from the jungle. men lived in caves and when there was lush vegetation the animals were nearby and got fat. Man eating this fat got thin. When man had to travel a long way to find an animal there would be famine and therefore if the animals were lean man would store this fat on his body to stop him from starving. Anyway this was his theory. He said don’t eat fruit as it is full of sugar. How many times do you hear from our dietitians and modern day doctors “eat fruit and vegetables”this is wrong that’s why people keep getting fat. The doctors have been telling us for the last 40 years to avoid fat as it will give us blocked arteries, heart attacks and strokes. This is wrong according to dr reinsch losing body fat lowers cholesterol triglycerides, heart disease and strokes. I kept eating according to the book. I was only eating vegetables, fat and meat. If the meat was crumbed I got rid of the crumbs and ate the inside . Fish and chips, throw away the chips and get rid of the batter and just eat the fish inside. He allowed us half a peach a week or a quarter of a banana.

He said if we were desperate for sugar to buy a kids sherbet and suck on it “but only one in one week.” Tea, coffee, soup counted as the liquid ration for the day.(no more than eight glasses) No sugar or salt was allowed they both put the weight up. He had a long list of what was allowed . Cheese was allowed, eggs as many as you could handle, milk was ok but again observe the eight glasses. He said the standard diet left you without energy as you lost some muscle as well as water and fat. After 3 weeks on this I had lost 7 kgs I got back to work and noticed some people staring at me but no compliments or insults. One day my sister saw me and said “put some weight on you look sick” I was a bit hurt with this remark. I thought is this “jealousy” . Anyway I knew I had proved Dr Reinsh right I did lose weight . I went to see the doctor that had said you cannot lose wight by eating more/ After taking a glucose level and my blood pressure. He said “I want you to eat more as you are wasting away.” he suggested I had been eating less. He recommended some hydrated drink from the chemist. Later I stopped doing it as Dr Reinsh had proved me wrong. I saw my sister and asked her if she was jealous about my weight loss and she said no “I wanted you to buy new skinny clothes to match your new physique. So you are allowed to eat all sorts of dairy, protein, beef, chicken, fish, ducks etc.in those days we never heard the word organic but maybe the food was organic noodles, bread, rice, potatoes, carbohydrates, processed foods like chips are not allowed no alcohol My job was in houses and where I worked there were a lot of units. I remember I was climbing the stairs 3 at a time I felt so light. I did not exercise and I strictly adhered to the Dr Reinsh lifestyle once I proved him right I had no reason to stay on it. In fact I found it a bit boring as I craved the occasional cake and chips. If the reason is strong enough people would stay on it for life. One thing is you can never feel hungry. Your brain signals to you when to stop eating. When we eat junk food we lose that signal and keep eating and piling on fat around our organs We end up with constipation, gastric, diabetes, blocked arteries, ugly fat ,man boobs, beer gut, pressing on the joints from weighing too much. Feeling too tired, headaches, joint pain, upset stomachs, passing wind, burping , sleep apnea, paranoia, hating people, war mongering, insomnia, not wanting to get out of bed in the morning, falling asleep at work, spending too much money, eating bad foods that make us pile on the fat. body odour etc Bob Amato p.s.
